We are building Contractors and we were building a large new “Smart Home” for ourselves in the Mesa area and we needed everything from security to surveillance to dedicated home theater to distributive audio/video throughout our home and office, including outside A/V entertainment. From the pre-wire to the wiring of the large rack, the job looked and performed great. QAV really pays attention to every detail including the aesthetics of the job and wiring – a bit of a rarity! We were very impressed and will use them on future projects.

We were building a large new home and we wanted to incorporate the design of the security, automation systems and home entertainment as the home was being built.

We wanted more than the typical sound system throughout the house. We wanted an independent integrated system that included A/V, lighting control, security & surveillance and climate control. It needed to be intuitive, easy to use and controllable from any room in the house – including the outdoor entertainment areas. We wanted all of the equipment to be out of sight as we did not want it to distract from the flow and décor of our home or patios.

Simply put, QAV delivered on everything that we asked for. The job was completed on time (despite delays from other contractors), it was done on budget and performed as was advertised.

QAV representatives were all polite, professional and neat and tidy (which was an added bonus). We will not hesitate to use them again and we will also refer them to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed our experience with QAV. It’s refreshing to find a business that still believes in good communication and customer service! Everyone was professional, politely listened (and heard) our needs and provided the equipment that was right for us. It works great and couldn’t be easier to use (we love the new universal remote since we can now put all of the old remotes in a box in storage).
